I finally sent in my Dopod 838Pro for repairs. Thank goodness it’s still within the warranty period. The PDA had a lot of problems like the keyboard not responding with my letter being pressed or the letter repeats itself without me pressing it, the lousy screen misalignment, hay-wire display after changing from landscape to portrait during my SMS and slightly loose keyboard sliding.
The wait was quite reasonable for a weekday. I didn’t have to wait for too long before I was brought into a room to discuss the problems. The repairs would take about 3 to 5 working days. The set better be working in perfect condition when I see it again.
I know that there have been problems with them with other users.
